It's been a little while! I've been enjoying the spring here in Central Oregon and taking a little break from sewing and creating. I've been focusing on building my massage practice here in Bend and it's been quite the experience! I'm going to be changing up the format of this blog a little bit. In addition to curating lists of amazing Etsy items and doing Turquoise Tuesday, I'm going to add a weekly wellness post with great information on healthy recipes, activities and other ways to add vitality to your life. Today we'll start with one simple tip: Go drink a glass of water! Massage therapist's orders. ;)
